With a background in technology management, he supports Isha Cares in strengthening governance, optimizing resources, and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability. His practical approach helps drive efficient and impactful program delivery.

Shashi Agarwal is leading initiatives focused on supporting underserved families through essential assistance and wellness programs. With over 15 years of experience in program and technology leadership across global organizations, she brings a structured, impact-driven approach to nonprofit management. She is passionate about building sustainable, community-focused solutions.

Harsh Sood is a seasoned technology and product leader with deep experience driving innovation and strategic growth in high-impact digital platforms. He brings expertise in aligning business strategy with execution. At Isha Cares, he contributes to strategic planning, technology enablement for social good, and long-term growth.

Maheshwari Gurukula

Mahi Gurukula is a holistic healer with over a decade of experience working with special needs children. She is a certified breathing and yoga instructor, and is trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Marma Therapy, and Ayurveda. Her work focuses on supporting nervous system balance, deep relaxation, and the body’s natural healing capacity. She offers a gentle, intuitive approach to help clients reconnect and restore.

Leela Menon
Emma Anane

Leela Menon is a political science and accounting student at the University of Rochester. She is passionate about community service, especially advocacy. Leela is inspired by Isha's kindness and resilience, and is eternally grateful to have had Isha as her close friend. Leela hopes to support the IshaCares mission by supporting children and their families through various initiatives- volunteering, fundraising, and more.

Emma Anane is an alum of Boston College, where she studied Neuroscience with a minor in Social Impact, grounding her academic experience in both scientific inquiry and community-centered change. She brings interdisciplinary experience across corporate social responsibility, life sciences, and law, with a strong focus on advancing healthcare access and community-driven impact. Emma also serves as a volunteer grant writer for Isha Cares.
